Your Room is ready to chek-in from 15.00 on the day of arrival.

You will get the key to your room in a key box.
24 hours before arrival, you will receive an email and a Textmessage with the key code. 

The keybox is in the main entrance of Jacobs Hotel in Østergade 4.

There is free street parking in Østergade. Please note that there is a time limit during daytime hours.

Within walking distance of the hotel there are several large free parking areas without time restrictions:

Breakfast is not included in your stay.

You can buy your breakfast every day at Ejvinds Café & Bakery from 6:30 AM. Ejvinds offers Breakfast, freshly baked bread and much more. Enjoy it in their cozy café or bring it to your Room or our Lounge.

You will find Ejvinds in the pedestrian street 200 meters from Jacobs Hotel. The address is Nygade 21f.

You must vacate the room no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

The key must be returned next to the key box, in the box labeled CHECK OUT. 

In our free laundry you have access to washingmachine, dryer and ironing facilities. All free of charge.

The Laundry is located next to the Lounge. Use your Room key to enter the Laundry.
