Your Room is ready to chek-in from 15.00 on the day of arrival.

You will get the key to your room in a key box.
24 hours before arrival, you will receive an email and a Textmessage with the key code.* 

The keybox is in the main entrance of Jacobs Hotel in Østergade 4.

* If you have booked your stay through Expedia or Hotels.com, we have not received your contact details in advance. Please send them to us before arrival to make sure you receive your key code.

There is free street parking in Østergade. Please note that there is a time limit during daytime hours.

Within walking distance of the hotel there are several large free parking areas without time restrictions:

• Toften (P-south)

Parking is at your own risk. Subject to changes in time restrictions. Always follow the signs in the parking area.

In the backyard we have a covered bicycle shed where bicycles can be parked.

It is also possible to charge electric bikes free of charge.

Breakfast is not included in your stay.

You can buy your breakfast every day at Ejvinds Café & Bakery from 6.30. Ejvinds offers Breakfast, freshly baked bread and much more. Enjoy it in their cozy café or bring it to your Room or our Lounge.

You will find Ejvinds in the pedestrian street 200 meters from Jacobs Hotel. The address is Nygade 21f.

You are also welcome to bring your Breakfast to the Lounge in the Hotel or to your Room.

You must vacate the room no later than 10.00 on the day of departure.

The key must be returned next to the key box, in the box labeled CHECK OUT. 

If you need cleaning, please let us know the day before no later than 19.00.

If you need fresh towels, you can get them in the Laundry next to the Lounge.

You are welcome to bring your dog at Jacobs Hotel.

A fee of DKK 100 per stay applies when bringing a dog. Please contact us in advance if you would like to bring your dog.

In our free laundry you have access to washingmachine, dryer and ironing facilities. All free of charge.

The Laundry is located next to the Lounge. Use your Room key to enter the Laundry.

We recommend to rent bikes at Hvidesandebike.dk and have them delivered to Jacobs Hotel.

Order by midnight and have them delivered the following day. You can also book in advance of your arrival, so the bikes are ready for you when you arrive at the hotel.

Remember to enter the delivery address as "Østergade 4, 6950 Ringkøbing".

Free high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available in all areas and rooms of Jacobs Hotel.

The Wi-Fi password can be found in your room.

Smoking is prohibited in all Rooms and indoor areas of the Hotel.

Please follow the instructions on the TV to use the casting function.
