If you find the same stay at a lower publicly available price online, you can contact us before making your booking. If the conditions of our Price Guarantee are met, we will match the lower price.

How to Use Our Price Guarantee
1. Have you found a lower price?
To use our Price Guarantee, you must find an identical stay at a lower price.
This means that the following must be the same:
- Room type
- Arrival date, departure date and length of stay
- Number of guests
- Cancellation and amendment conditions
- Any other restrictions
- What is included in the price
The price you are comparing with must be the total price, including VAT, taxes and any fees.
The price comparison must be made at the same time as you contact us.
2. Provide documentation of the lower price
Please send us documentation showing the lower price you have found.
We need screenshots from the website where you found the lower price.
The documentation should, where possible, show:
- Website address
- Website name
- Date and time of the search
- Arrival and departure dates
- Room type
- Number of guests
- Total price
- What is included
- Cancellation and amendment conditions
- Any other restrictions

3. We check the price
Once we have received your request, we will review the information and compare the prices.
We will get back to you as soon as possible.
4. We match the price
If all the conditions of our Price Guarantee are met, we will match the lower price.

Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions
To use our Price Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
Publicly available price
The Price Guarantee applies to publicly available online prices.
The price must be bookable
The lower price must be available and possible to book at the time the price is compared.
Same stay and conditions
The comparison must be for the same room type, dates, number of guests, cancellation conditions, included services and other applicable conditions.
Total price
The price being compared must be the final total price, including VAT, taxes and fees.
Currency
If the price is stated in a currency other than Danish kroner, it will be converted using the official exchange rate on the day you contact us.
Before booking
The Price Guarantee must be claimed before you make your booking with Jacobs Hotel.
